We offer year-end financial package to our corporate clients. Corporations in Canada are required to prepare financial statements and file a corporate tax return annually. Financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and conform to bank requirements. We can prepare your financial statements either as a compilation (Notice to Reader) or as review engagement depending on your needs and objectives.
Corporate tax returns are most commonly prepared as a part of year-end engagement. Corporate tax returns have to be filed every year with CRA, even if corporation is inactive. If your company has received a letter from the Canada Revenue Agency with a demand to file your outstanding corporate tax returns we will assist you bringing your company back into compliance with CRA.
We provide full cycle bookkeeping services that could be set-up on a monthly, semi-monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Source documents can be dropped-off or electronically submitted. Punctuality, accuracy and meeting the reporting deadlines are guaranteed.
We provide consulting regarding best structure and set-up of chart of accounts, document templates, selection of accounting software, registration with the Canada Revenue Agency for GST, payroll and income tax; and other government entities such as BC Ministry of Finance for collection of PST; WorkSafeBC for WCB insurance. We provide new business owners with knowledge of best practices for revenue recognition, tax deductions, recordkeeping, import and export tax rules, as well as tax deadlines.
We have Certified Quickbooks Advisors as part of our team, our firm is a member of the Quickbooks ProAdvisor program. We provide set-up, support and training for Quickbooks software, both desktop and online versions.
We provide electronic filings of these reports for clients who do not require bookkeeping service or are able to provide their own records to our bookkeepers to facilitate reporting.
Banks often require enhanced financial statements for their purposes. Our firm is licensed for assurance services and we provide clients with financial statements prepared in accordance with the review standard. Many non-profit organizations are also required to present reviewed financial statements at their annual general meeting.

We specialize working with the individuals who have foreign assets, international investments, Canadian real estate property owned by non-residents of Canada and the taxpayers with U.S. tax filing requirements. We can assist non-resident taxpayers to request the CRA compliance certificate with respect to sale of Canadian real-estate property and facilitate the refund of tax withholding held by your notary or lawyer.
